When we found our house and went through the offer and inspection processes, that's when I found Angela to be of most value -- this part's not fun at all, and frankly a bit of a letdown after the excitement of house-hunting. But even though our enthusiasm waned a bit, hers didn't at all, and she found us all the right professionals to conduct inspections, and clearly laid out all the details of the offer/counter-offer process until we were happy. I'd HIGHLY recommend Angela to anyone who's looking to buy or sell a house -- she's an absolute gem, and I can't see us ever working with anyone else! PS I feel like this shouldn't matter, but it does to me: Angela is Very Charmingly English, to the point where I can hear her accent when she emails us. Love it! PPS Did you know (I didn't until recently!) that the property buyers usually don't have to pay their agent? Payment of both agents' commissions is typically done by the property seller, as laid out in the contract. Just a little bonus knowledge for you!

Throughout escrow and the closing process, Angela was wonderful in lining up inspections, making sure everything moved at a fast clip, and all the gears functioned properly. Angela was in contact with everyone in the escrow process and helped add pressure wherever it was needed so that the closing process was painless and efficient. I have no doubt that I will come back to Angela when the time comes for me to need an agent again.
