Hollywood Hills

Live among the stars

WELCOME TO HOLLYWOOD HILLS

Hollywood Hills is known for its luxury homes with breathtaking views. The area features a wide variety of homes, including Spanish and modern. Many iconic architects, like Lautner and Neutra, built signature homes that still stand today. Originally conceived as "Hollywoodland" in the 1920s to lure the stars of early Hollywood, famous musicians and television and movie stars have called it home ever since.

Hollywood Hills comprises several popular neighborhoods: Beachwood Canyon, Cahuenga Pass, Franklin Village, Hollywood Dell, Outpost Estates, Whitely Heights, and Runyon Canyon. While close to the amenities in the city below, it also provides ample opportunity to enjoy nature and Los Angeles' vast network of hiking trails.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

There are plenty of places to eat and drink. Eat dinner at historic gems like Musso & Frank Grill or Chateau Marmont, hot spots like Mother WolfGwen, and Salt's Cure. Or start your day with a mimosa and a stack of hotcakes at the Griddle Cafe, or grab some hat yai fried chicken at Luv2eat Thai Bistro for lunch.

If you're looking for a cocktail, you can swing through Hollywood classics like Boardner'sFrolic Room, and Powerhouse Bar. Or sneak into Sunset & Vinyl, hidden above 800 Degrees Pizza. Stop into The Spare Room inside the Roosevelt Holt for a quick one on your way to see a movie at Mann's Chinese Theater.

Between eating and drinking, you can stroll along Hollywood Boulevard or hike to the Bronson Caves to see the Hollywood sign, see a concert at the Hollywood Bowl, The Fonda Theater, or the Greek Theatre. Or check out the gravestones of Mel Blanc, Cecil B. DeMille, and Jayne Mansfield before taking in an outdoor show or movie at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
